about me

My Story

If you know what it feels like to be trapped inside yourself, to feel disconnected from your body, your emotions, and the person you know you could be, then we have something in common.

I was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 10, and that’s when it all started going downhill.

For years I hated my body, hated myself, hated life. I numbed everything I could. I started drinking from an early age, used drugs, struggled with eating disorders and social anxiety, suppressed my emotions, and carried so much fear, guilt and shame that my inner world felt like a prison.

I did not understand the point of being alive being in the dark place that I was. I was a complete atheist and thought spirituality was for fools. Life felt meaningless and I felt so lost.

Then in 2015, my life completly changed. I had a spontaneous awakening where I felt a powerful energy move through my spine. I could feel my vertebrae cracking, shifting and beginning to align. So much of the pain I had been living with disappeared that day. My spine didn’t fully align, there was still a lot left to heal, but I was transformed.

I had spent years dismissing spirituality, and then I had an experience I couldn’t dismiss.

That moment had me asking, “If my body could shift like that, what else was possible? Could I fully heal and align my spine?”

I started going inward, meditating and releasing, releasing, releasing. I spent countless hours doing inner child work clearing layers of fear, shame, guilt, conditioning and suppressed emotion. I cried buckets and buckets of tears, no joke. And as I changed internally, my body kept re-aligning with me, moving, cracking and opening more and more. But it wasn’t only my body that started changing, it was my external reality too. I had suppressed so much dense emotion, and the more I released and changed my internal state, my external reality had no choice but to follow. Opportunities started coming, people started showing up and life began opening in ways it hadn’t before. And for the first time I started feeling alive, happy and joyful. Like what? “Could I experince this?? I?“ To me it was mind blowing, it was incredible.

I became obsessed with understanding what had happened to me, how far healing could go, who we are and why we are here. I went to countless retreats, trained in hypnosis and Tantra, started doing breathwork, and explored the subconscious mind, energy, consciousness, universal laws and the deeper nature of this multidimensional reality.

The deeper I went, the more I saw how much of what I had called me was built from conditioning, survival, fear and everything I had learned to become.

Stepping into this work was another layer entirely. For someone who had spent years struggling with social anxiety, hiding, holding back and being afraid to be fully seen, standing in front of people and holding space did not come naturally at all to me. Although I had done countless hours of inner work there was a lot of fear and resistance trying to stop me form stepping into this work, telling me to stay small.

But I kept pushing myself to go beyond the fear. And every time I did, something shifted.

Today, I’m in love with life, and I’m deeply grateful for the darkness I lived through. Everything has polarity. The further you have known one end of the spectrum, the more deeply you can experience the other. The more fear, shame and pain you have felt, and actually transformed, the greater your capacity becomes for love, joy, bliss and aliveness at the other end.

This is why I KNOW our darkness can become one of our greatest gifts, if we consciously choose to transform it.

I spent so many years feeling lost and trapped inside myself, trying to escape what I felt, afraid of people, afraid of being seen. And now I get to create spaces where people meet themselves, release, open their hearts and become more of who they truly are. I feel immense gratitude for that, I cant even explain.

I love life and I want you to love it too. Together we rise.
